Delivery Policy

Every Frosting cake is baked to order — nothing waits on a shelf. Please place your order as early as you can so we can reserve a slot for your date.

• Celebration cakes, cupcakes and desserts can usually be prepared with a little notice.
• Custom designs and wedding cakes need more time for planning — contact us as soon as you know your date.
• Busy dates (Eid, Valentine's Day and wedding season) fill up quickly, so early orders are recommended.

We deliver within selected areas of Gujranwala. Choose your area using Delivery to at the top of the page, or mention it when you order — we'll confirm straight away whether we can reach you.

If your address is outside our delivery areas, pick-up is always available.

Delivery charges depend on your area and are shown as to be confirmed at checkout. We'll tell you the exact amount when we confirm your order, before anything is baked — there are no surprise charges on the day.

• We agree a delivery window with you when we confirm your order.
• Our rider will call or message the number you gave us before arriving.
• Please make sure someone is available to receive the cake at the address provided.
• Payment is cash on delivery, so please keep the confirmed total ready.

Prefer to collect? Choose pick-up when you order and we'll share the collection details and a ready time with you. Please bring your order details and collect at the agreed time so your cake is as fresh as possible.

• Check your cake when it arrives and let us know straight away if anything isn't right.
• Carry the box flat, from the base, and keep it level in the car.
• Keep cream and fresh-fruit cakes refrigerated, away from direct sunlight, and take them out a little before serving.

Need to change your date, time or address? Contact us as early as possible and we'll do our best to help. Because every cake is made to order, late changes may not always be possible.

If nobody is available to receive the order at the agreed time, we'll try to reach you by phone. A re-delivery may carry an additional charge.
