Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every order placed with Frosting through our website, WhatsApp, phone or in person. By placing an order, you agree to them. "We" and "us" means Frosting, Gujranwala; "you" means the person placing the order.

• An order is confirmed only once we've confirmed it with you — including the final price, date and delivery or pick-up details.
• Please check your order details carefully; we bake exactly what's confirmed.
• We may decline an order if we can't fulfil it for the date requested, and we'll always let you know as early as possible.

• Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The price shown for each cake is for its listed size; larger sizes and customisations may cost more.
• Delivery charges depend on your area and are confirmed with your order.
• Payment is cash on delivery unless we've agreed otherwise. For large, custom or wedding orders we may ask for an advance before baking begins.

Every cake is finished by hand, so colours, decorations and shapes may vary slightly from photos and reference images. We'll always follow the agreed design as closely as possible.

When you share a design, photo or logo with us, please make sure you have the right to use it. We may decline designs that are offensive or infringe someone else's rights.

We deliver within selected areas of Gujranwala and offer pick-up. Once your cake has been delivered or collected, please store and handle it as advised. Full details are in our Delivery Policy.

Contact us as early as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Because every cake is made to order, changes close to your date may not be possible, and orders already in preparation may not be cancellable.

If something isn't right with your order, tell us when you receive it — ideally with a photo — and we'll work with you to put it right.

Our kitchen handles common allergens such as eggs, dairy, wheat (gluten), nuts and soy, so we can't guarantee any product is free from traces of them. Please tell us about any allergies before you order and ask us about ingredients if you're unsure.

We work hard to keep our website accurate, but product photos are for illustration and details may change. The content, photos and branding on this website belong to Frosting or are used with permission, and may not be copied without our consent.
